Events & Programs

School organizes several cultural programmes throughout the year. Every year goddess Saraswati is worshipped traditionally with full of grandeur and devotion in the hall room of school building as it was done earlier by Mira Debi and Bani Debi, the two direct disciples of Sree Sarada Debi. The whole atmosphere, is fulfilled by the holy ardent worship of Devi Saraswati by the Sannyasinis, Brahmacharinis, the devotees, teachers, students, guardians and the employees of the Ashrama.
School celebrates 12th January, the Birthday of Swamiji in a pompous manner. Ashrama arranges various programmes to inculcate the dream of Swamiji for a healthy society in the pupil’s mind. A long procession followed by the march past, songs, music and banners proceeds from school towards New Alipore Petrol Pump where the statue of Swamiji is located to salute the image.
The Republic Day on 26th January, Netaji Birthday on 23rd January and Independence Day on 15th August are duly commemorated by the School Authority. Flag hoisting, parade, drill and patriotic songs are performed by the students.
Every year School Authority arranges Picnic which is a great entertainment of the students.
A colourful Annual Function is also organized by the school in which the students take part in dance, music, songs, recitation and drama.
