Admission – Primary & Secondary

Our school is affiliated to the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education and West Bengal council of Higher Secondary Education. Candidates are admitted only after Admission Test. The school offers education in both English and Bengali Medium.

ELIGIBILITY

The minimum age for admission to class I is 5 & 1/2 to 6 & 1/2 years.
Students, who are in class IV , are eligible to appear in the admission test for class V.
Age between 10 and 11 years are eligible to apply for class V.

ISSUE OF APPLICATION FORM

Admission form for Primary Section (both English and Bengali medium) will be issued on all working days (Monday - Friday) from 08:00 AM till 10:30 AM
Admission form for Secondary Section (both English and Bengali medium) will be issued on all working days (Monday - Friday) from 11:30 AM till 04:00 PM
Admission form from Class I - Class VII, will be issued.
Price of the application form is Rs. 200/-
Legal guardians or parents may collect Application Forms by producing half yearly result or previous year’s annual result

General Conditions

No restrictions of caste, creed or nationality for the applicants.

Application form should be duly filled in by the parents / legal Guardians along with the attested copy of Birth Certificate and Progress Report and submitted by hand in our office on working days and mentioned time.

Submission of forms by post or courier and incomplete application won’t be accepted.

The statement made by the parent or guardian of a student in the application form found to contain any willful misrepresentation may cause expulsion of the candidate after admission.

Candidates have to sit for the written tests in Bengali, English and Mathematics. Bengali is the first language for the both English and Bengali Medium. (Applicable for Class I – V)

Question Papers of previous year’s Admission Test and related coaching classes are not provided for the candidates.

School Authority will publish the result of Selection Test in the Notice Board of the School. (Applicable for Class I – V)

School Authority provides financial help for few poor and meritorious students.
